Review Management & Reputation - Chicago, IL

Your happiest customer
this week said nothing.

Most owners cannot tell you how many reviews came in last month. Not a guess, the real number. We build the review systems that ask every customer the same way, catch every review the day it lands, and give the unhappy ones a private line to you first. Inside Google's rules, every time.

Where local businesses lose money on reviews they never got.

Nobody sends you an invoice for the review that never happened. It shows up later, as the customer who picked the shop down the street with three times your review count.

$1,650Modeled / month

The customer who was never asked

Most happy customers will leave a review when someone asks them directly. Almost nobody does it on their own. If you are not asking every single time, the ask is not happening at all.

$1,240Modeled / month

The rating stuck below the line

Sitting under a 4.0 quietly caps how often you get chosen. Steady new reviews are the only thing that pulls an average up, and volume is the lever you actually control.

$980Modeled / month

The review nobody answered

An unhappy customer who gets a real response often comes back. One who gets silence writes you off, and leaves the review up for every person who searches you next year.

$560Modeled / month

The review you never saw

Facebook, Yelp, and industry sites collect opinions about you whether you read them or not. The first time you hear about one is usually from a customer who already read it.

Modeled on a business doing $40,000 a month across roughly 200 transactions, at a $200 average ticket and three reviews a month. These are estimates from published research, not a promise. Your own numbers replace all of them on the first call.

Four quiet systems that keep reviews moving.

Set up for you, running in the background, nothing for your front counter to remember.

01

The ask that actually happens

A tap or scan at the counter, and a follow-up text after the visit with email as backup. Same message, same timing, every customer. The card takes people straight to your review screen with no typing and no searching.

02

Timing tuned to your business

A restaurant and a roofer should not be asking at the same hour. Send windows are set to when your customers are most likely to have their phone in hand and a good experience still fresh.

03

Every new review, caught and flagged

New reviews are detected and logged the day they post, and you get a notification on every one. Nothing sits unread for three weeks. At the Reputation tier, the reply is written for you and waiting on your approval.

04

A private line before it goes public

A separate customer care path that anyone can use to reach you directly. It does not replace the review request and it does not decide who gets asked. It just means an upset customer has a faster way to reach a human than the review box.

Start at the counter. Move up when it pays for itself.

Buy the card and nothing else, forever, and that is a real option. If you move up to a monthly package within 30 days, what you paid for the card comes off your first month.

The questions owners actually ask.

Can you stop bad reviews from going public?

Not the way most software claims to. Routing customers away from Google based on how happy they are is against Google's policy and can get your whole listing restricted. What we do instead is give unhappy customers a fast private line to you, so you can fix the problem before it becomes a public review. Everyone still gets asked for the same public review. That version is both compliant and, honestly, more useful.

Do you write or buy fake reviews?

No. Every review comes from a real customer who had a real transaction with you. We also never offer a discount, a freebie, or payment for a review, and we never script what someone writes. Those are all violations, and they are the kind that get caught.

How fast do reviews start moving?

Counters with a card usually see the count start moving within a couple of weeks. With Review Engine, the real change shows up once a full cycle of your customers has been asked, which is typically the first 30 days. Rating averages move slower than counts, because math.

What if I only want the card?

Then buy the card. It is genuinely standalone: no account, no monthly fee, no upsell schedule. You still get the monthly one-pager. If you decide later that you want the rest, and it is within 30 days, what you paid for the card comes off your first month.

Do I have to switch the software I already use?

No. We work alongside your existing booking system, point of sale, or customer list. Setup is done for you. After that, the only thing on your plate is reading the recap and approving a reply now and then.

We already have hundreds of reviews. Is this for us?

Probably not the entry package, and we will say so. If you are already well past 500 reviews with a strong rating, the review problem is solved and you should spend the money elsewhere. Where it still helps is response speed, what is being said off Google, and turning reviewers into referrals.

What does it cost, in one line?

Card is $50, or $75 with the stand, one time. Review Engine is $297 a month, $247 if you prepay the year. Reputation Engine is $697 a month, $597 if you prepay the year. Setup is included in all of them.
